CME FedWatch data showed investors pricing in a 65.4% probability of a rate hold next month. Individual stocks saw mixed performance, with memory chipmakers SanDisk and Micron Technology surging 13.7% and 4.2% respectively, while Cisco Systems declined 8.4% after disappointing guidance.
