On August 6, 2026, the Singapore Innovation Centre and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry inaugurated the Agentic Decentralized Finance Forum at SMEICC 2026 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, bringing together approximately 250 invited participants from the digital finance ecosystem.
The half-day forum provided a platform for discussions on agentic AI, decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenized real-world assets, trusted digital infrastructure and regulatory frameworks across Asia. The event featured distinguished speakers from Anchorage Digital, BitGo, Chainalysis, National University of Singapore, Singapore FinTech Association, StraitsX, Xapo Bank and other regional partners. The forum also marked the signing of a five-party Memorandum of Understanding between Singapore Blockchain Week, Raffles Capital, VIA Labs with Animoca Brands, AIDX Tech, China-Singapore AI Association and HICOOL Global Entrepreneur Summit to strengthen cross-border collaboration and expand innovation networks.
