Shanghai Futures Exchange crude oil futures contract 2608 rose 6.2 percent overnight (July 13) to close at 500.30 yuan per barrel. Shanghai gold futures declined 2.12 percent, while Shanghai silver futures fell 2.84 percent in the same session.
