BlockBeats News, June 30 - SemiAnalysis, an independent research institution for semiconductors and AI, stated that NVIDIA is expected to see significant growth in the second half of this year. According to the SemiAnalysis Accelerator Model, NVIDIA's data center compute (DC Compute) business revenue in the second half of fiscal year 2027 (2H FY2027) will be 20% higher than market consensus expectations.
The Rubin platform, which was previously delayed due to HBM4-related issues, is now expected to see large-scale volume ramp-up in the second half of this year as the related issues have been resolved and front-end wafer supply capacity has improved.
Unlike some sell-side analysts who tend to set more conservative profit forecasts that are convenient for companies to "beat expectations," SemiAnalysis's forecasts are based on in-depth research covering the entire supply chain, including but not limited to materials, wafer fabrication, components, server OEMs, as well as the latest developments from hyperscale cloud service providers (Hyperscalers) and frontier AI labs. Insights on NVIDIA and AI chip companies such as Broadcom, AMD, MediaTek, and Marvell are all integrated into its Accelerator Model and HBM Model.
