SemiAnalysis: Bullish on NVIDIA's second-half performance, Rubin ramp-up will drive data center business growth-1

BlockBeats News, June 30, semiconductor and AI independent research institution SemiAnalysis stated that it expects NVIDIA to see significant growth in the second half of this year. According to the SemiAnalysis Accelerator Model forecast, NVIDIA's data center compute (DC Compute) business revenue for the second half of fiscal 2027 (2H FY2027) will be 20% higher than market consensus expectations.

The Rubin platform, previously delayed due to HBM4-related issues, is now expected to see large-scale volume ramp-up in the second half of this year as the related issues have been resolved and front-end wafer supply capacity has improved.

Unlike some sell-side analysts who tend to set relatively conservative profit forecasts that make it easier for companies to "beat expectations," SemiAnalysis's forecast is based on in-depth research covering the entire supply chain, including but not limited to materials, wafer manufacturing, components, server OEMs, as well as the latest developments from hyperscale cloud providers (Hyperscalers) and frontier AI labs. Insights regarding NVIDIA and AI chip companies such as Broadcom, AMD, MediaTek, and Marvell are all integrated into its Accelerator Model and HBM Model.
