SemiAnalysis: Bullish on NVIDIA's H2 performance, Rubin's volume ramp-up will drive data center business growth-1

BlockBeats News, June 30: SemiAnalysis, an independent research firm focused on semiconductors and AI, published a report stating that NVIDIA is expected to see significant growth in the second half of this year. According to the SemiAnalysis Accelerator Model's forecast, NVIDIA's data center compute (DC Compute) business revenue in the second half of fiscal year 2027 (2H FY2027) will be 20% higher than market consensus expectations.

The Rubin platform, previously delayed due to HBM4-related issues, is now expected to ramp up in large volume in the second half of this year, as the related issues have been resolved and front-end wafer supply capacity has improved.

Unlike some sell-side analysts, who tend to set relatively conservative profit forecasts that make it easier for companies to "beat expectations," SemiAnalysis's forecast is based on in-depth research covering the entire supply chain, including but not limited to materials, wafer manufacturing, components, server OEMs, and the latest developments from hyperscalers and frontier AI labs. Insights regarding NVIDIA and AI chip companies such as Broadcom, AMD, MediaTek, and Marvell are all integrated into its Accelerator Model and HBM Model.
