OranjeBTC Announces DIGY11 ETF on Brazil's B3 for September Debut, Targets 5% Yield Over Bank Rates

BTC-0.41%

According to Bitcoin.com News, OranjeBTC announced the launch of DIGY11, an exchange-traded fund offering exposure to bitcoin-focused stocks on Brazil's B3 exchange in September. The fund will distribute monthly income in Brazilian currency and yield up to 5% annually above the interbank deposit rate, targeting investors seeking regulated bitcoin-backed assets in Latin America.

Managed by 3R Investimentos and administered by Banco Daycoval, DIGY11 will track shares from Strategy (STRC) and Strive (SATA), with future issuers required to hold at least 4,000 BTC. The structure combines recurring income with bitcoin asset backing, expanding the digital credit model from U.S. markets to Brazil's regulated channels.
