H100 Completes 2,455.4 BTC Acquisition at $62,900/Unit, Total Holdings Rise to 3,506 BTC

According to its official announcement, Swedish-listed bitcoin reserve company H100 completed the acquisition of 2,455.4 BTC at approximately $62,900 per unit, bringing total holdings to 3,506 BTC. The transaction was executed entirely in H100 shares with an implicit share price of 1.86 Swedish kronor, representing no cash consideration.

H100 noted this as Europe's largest bitcoin equity acquisition and the first "bitcoin-for-bitcoin" merger on global public markets. Upon full dilution, the per-share satoshi count increased 5% to 303 satoshis from 288, with the acquired entity carrying no financial debt.
