Dickson Concepts Completes Harvey Nichols UK Sale; Hong Kong Operations Unaffected

Dickson Concepts announced today that Harvey Nichols UK's business and assets have been sold. The company clarified that Harvey Nichols UK is not a group member and that Dickson holds no ownership stake, shares, or financial ties to the UK entity.

The group's Harvey Nichols retail operations in Hong Kong, including the flagship store at Pacific Place in Admiralty, are owned and operated by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dickson and remain independent in ownership, management, staffing, inventory, and operations. The company will continue operating its Hong Kong store under existing standards.
