Fiat Withdrawal Guide

Step 1: Add a Bank Account

1. Go to Withdraw - Fiat.
2. Select your linked bank account; if you don’t have one yet or want to add another, click Add bank account.
3. Select your Bank Name, Branch Name, and Account Type.
4. Enter your Account Number.
5. Click Add account to save.

Step 2: Enter Withdrawal Amount

1. Select the bank account you added.
2. Enter the Withdrawal Amount (JPY). Limit: 801–10,000,000 JPY
3. The system will automatically calculate the Fee and Total to Send.

Step 3: Confirm Withdrawal

1. Enter your Fund Password.
2. Enter your Verification code.
3. Click Confirm to submit the request.

Step 4: Check Withdrawal Records

1. Scroll down to the Records section.
2. You can view details such as Order ID, Amount, Fee, Actual Receipt, Bank Account, Status, Initiated / Updated time, Action .
