1. How to view blockchain information

  • Go to Deposits & Withdrawals to access your Deposit History. Click the TXID to open the blockchain explorer and view the transaction details.

  • If the transaction hash (TXID) is not yet displayed in your Deposit History, you can copy it from the sending platform and paste it into the corresponding blockchain explorer to check the transaction status.

Example: Checking GT deposit information on the Ethereum blockchain

On the blockchain explorer page, paste the transaction hash (TXID) into the search bar to view the transaction details.

2. What to do if your deposit hasn’t arrived

If your crypto deposit from another platform or wallet hasn’t arrived in your Gate account, here are some common reasons:

  • Deposit delayed due to insufficient block confirmations
Gate requires a specific number of blockchain confirmations for each coin before the deposit is credited to your account.

  • Missing or incorrect Tag/Memo

  • Deposit made to a temporarily suspended coin

  • Wrong coin, address, or chain used

If you encounter any issues during the deposit process, please contact us via email at support@gateio.jp, and we will assist you promptly.
