Gate Charity Disclaimer

By accessing the website, participating in specific campaign or program, or making donations to Gate Charity Limited (the "Charity"), you (the "Donor") agree to the termsand conditions set forth:

1.No Restrictions. All donations made by the Donor to the Charityshall be deemed to be unrestricted, regardless of whether such donations are made in response to a specific campaign or program of the Charity, or if the Donor purports to direct the use of the donation. The Charity shall have full discretion to determine how all donations will be used. Any directions provided by the Donor with respbect to the use of the donation shall be considered as non-binding recommendations only. All donationsmade to Charities are considered unrestricted gifts and may not be restricted to any particular purpose. Further, all Donations to Charity, and/or any third-party charity, are final and non-refundable.

2. Donor Representations. By donating through or to the Charity, thee Donor represents and warrants that

• i) they are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract uunder applicable laws;
• ii) they have full legal capacity and sufficient authorizations to make donation to or participate in specific campaign or program of the Charity;
• iii) any donation made is legal in their jurisdiction and thatthey are authorized to donate cryptocurrency.

3.Tax Deductions. The Charity makes no representation regarding the tax-deductibility or eligibility for tax credits of all or any portion of the donations made by the Donor. The Charity shall not be held liable for any claims made by any federal, state, local or other tax authority with respect tothe classification of any donation made by the Donor on any applicable tax return. The Donor is advised to consuIt with their tax advisor regarding the amount of their donation that may be tax-deductible or eligible for tax recognition, if any.

4.Donor Information. The Donor acknowledges and agrees that the Charity may collect information to enable the Charity to provide adequate donation substantiation, in doing sso, the Charity will adhere to applicable laws.

5.Assumption of Risk. All donations shall be at your own risk. Whhen you make a donation, it is your responsibility to understand how your money will be used. We do not warrantthat donations will be used for any particular purpose and are not responsible for any misuse of the donationss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Charity, entities under common control, and its related parties, including officers, directors, and business partners, shall not be held liable to the Donor for any damages, Iosses, or costs arising from the access of the website, participation in specific campaign or program, or donattions to the Charity.
