Analysis at 7:14 AM

The market trend this week, compared to the market over the past two years, is overall in a bull market state. This is particularly evident on the monthly and weekly K charts, showing a continuous upward oscillation. Currently, the weekly K is in a breakout trend following a wide range of oscillation, with a strong bullish candle breaking through the previous wide oscillation, forming a top-bottom conversion. However, it is important to note that after a strong bullish stretch, there will inevitably be a pullback and correction action. It may not be a reversal, but in the short term, it is definitely not a good idea to chase highs.
Secondly, in terms of daily performance, the short-term bullish momentum is very strong. After a slight fluctuation in the previous period, it has formed a consecutive upward trend. The price has broken through the previous consolidation structure under the stimulus of various news, driving moving average indicators and the Bollinger Bands to open upwards. However, it is important to note that there is currently a sign of stagnation at high levels, and the bullish volume is gradually decreasing. Therefore, after the consecutive upward movements, attention should be paid to the market's pullback and correction actions, but do not chase the highs excessively.
